How to order

  1. Browse through the website (you can start with these premade collections or look through all the products available) and add your desired items to your cart.
  2. Check out the items in your cart! (Be sure that you've selected the correct payment method as well as shipping method.)
  3. Wait for your order confirmation, invoice, and payment instructions to arrive at the email you provided at checkout.
  4. Email your proof of payment to mayarinan.shop@gmail.com within the specified amount of time.
  5. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment has been confirmed.
  6. Wait for updates on your order status, and your tracking number for shipment :)

A gentle reminder: unless specified as specifically being on-hand, all items on this site are for pre-order, meaning that you will have to wait for the items to be printed/manufactured. This could take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month, depending on the type of item as well as where the item is being manufactured. Please rest assured that I will provide updates on the production status as best as I can :,)

For items that are listed as on-hand, they can be shipped as soon as the next day after payment and shipment confirmation.

Store policies

  • As mentioned above: all items on this site, unless specified as on-hand, are for pre-order. Please be willing to wait for your items when you order.

  • I do my best to package all items securely so that they arrive to you in the best possible condition. Please understand that once I turn over the items to the courier service, they should assume liability for anything that happens to your package from then on.

  • For courier shipping, I use J&T - their average shipping time within Metro Manila is 3-5 days, and 7 days or more for provincial shipping. For same-day delivery, it's up to the customer who is booking the delivery to choose their preferred service.

  • Replacements will be available for incorrect or incomplete orders, and repairs will be available for simple fixes (such as jump rings that have become loose over time/detached from an acrylic charm).
    As a general rule, the store does not accept any refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed, and I will not repair or replace items that have been damaged outside of my responsibility.
